    Exclusions

      • Vehicle Transportation:  This is a walking tour. Private car transfers, taxis, or public transport from areas outside downtown (such as Las Condes or Vitacura) are not included.

      • Food and Drinks:  Meals or additional snacks during the tour are not included.

      • Museum Entrance Fees:  The tour covers the exterior of museums. If you wish to go inside, tickets must be purchased by the guest (note that visit time will count toward the total tour duration).

      • Gratuities:  Optional and based on your satisfaction with the service.

        • Meeting Point: We usually meet at the exit of the La Moneda Metro or in the lobby of your hotel if you are in the Historic Center.
        • Climate: The tour takes place in sun or rain. If it is necessary to reschedule due to weather, we will contact you.
        • Activity Level: Moderate. It is required to be able to walk urban distances and climb stairs on the Santa Lucía Hill

          • Comfortable walking shoes: We will cover approximately 3-4 km.
          • Water: Although we'll stop by stores, it's better to carry a bottle.
          • Sun protection: A hat and sunscreen are essential in downtown Santiago.
